Today you have the opportunity to live a life full of vitality. For good!

It’s always faster, better and more efficiently! These words characterise the way of life and approach to living in recent decades. Even when we promise to take time off for ourselves, we are often still stuck in a rut. We take a step back only when we hear the alarm bells ring, signalling the onset of some health problems or symptoms. It is time to change this attitude.

Dr. Jaan Vogelberg
Doctor

Dr Vogelberg graduated from the University of Tartu. He first specialised in psychiatry. He then worked as the manager of a hospital specialising in internal diseases. For many years he worked in the field of chemotherapy at Tartu Haematology and Oncology Clinic where, in cooperation with surgeons, he first adopted hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

“This fascinating position has left me with the conviction that the treatment of diseases must begin as early as possible and that successful treatment must be combined; in other words, include several different substances with different mechanisms of action.”

Dr Vogelberg has also worked in clinical drug trials for many years, which has cemented his interest in the newest and most effective drugs. He has also worked with various vaccines.

In recent years, he has studied the field of anti-aging medicine by participating in Dr Claude Dalle’s seminars in Paris and Moscow, global anti-aging conferences in Monaco, Professor Vladimir Havinson’s peptide therapy courses in St. Petersburg and the anti-aging experts’ seminar in Dubai.

In addition to anti-aging medicine, he has worked for many years in various health care institutions in Finland.

“Working in the emergency department made me realise the importance of preventing diseases. This part of the health system gets too little attention, time and resources. My goal is to help reduce the occurrence of health problems at an age where one can still live a full life. People have the most important role in maintaining their own health, and we can offer an evidence-based approach, support and advice on this journey.”

Karolin provides consultations for clients, prepares and conducts therapies and looks after the clients during the procedures.

“Working in the emergency room and dealing with health consequences on a daily basis made me think deeply about the things we could do for ourselves to prevent the worst. To help people more, I decided to leave medicine that deals with the consequences and turn to preventive medicine.”

My long-term experience as a coach and yoga teacher has given me the understanding that the key to quality of life is the external reflection of inner wellbeing. By helping others towards a healthier and happier life, I also move closer to it myself.”

Already then, I realised how important it is to raise people’s awareness of their ability to support their bodies in every way. Fortunately, there is now a growing need for professionals in this field in Estonia.
