“According to Statistics Estonia’s 2023 data, the average life expectancy of an Estonian is 79 years, but people in Estonia live only 58 of those years in good health. There is a 20-year gap between these two figures. The mission of my work is to help these indicators grow in harmony, so that people in Estonia can live long and healthy lives.
Aging is a privilege, and I believe that years only make us better. The problem, however, is that chronological aging is accompanied by biological aging. This brings with it diseases and ailments, as reflected in the statistics mentioned above. Until now, we have accepted this as an inevitable part of aging. I believe it doesn’t have to be this way. Modern preventive and longevity medicine makes it possible to accurately measure the body’s aging mechanisms, influence them, and even reverse biological aging. Prevention is the best medicine.”
